What Problems Should Be Paid Attention To When Removing Building Aluminum Formwork

Wall formwork, column formwork and beam side formwork can be removed within 12-24 hours after the concrete is poured. The cantilever bottom support can be removed after 28 days.

Under normal circumstances, the side form of the wall column can be removed 12 hours after the concrete is poured. The diagonal supports are removed first, and then the wall bolts are removed. To remove the wall bolts, use a wrench to loosen the nut, remove the gasket, remove the back corrugation, tap one end of the bolt until the bolt exits the concrete, then remove the pin connected to the formwork, and use a crowbar to pry the formwork to separate the formwork from the wall. The removed templates and accessories should be cleaned up in time, and transported to the same position on the upper layer and stacked.

The top mold removal starts from the position of the beam and the plate support rod, and removes the beam, the plate support rod pin and the connecting parts connected to it. Immediately after removing the pins of adjacent beams and slabs, the formwork can be removed, and the crowbar can be used to pry off the junction between formwork and concrete. When removing, ensure that the support rods remain intact and must not be loosened. The removed templates and accessories should be cleaned up in time, and transported to the same position on the upper layer and stacked.

In general, the supported aluminum formwork will be removed after 10 days, the bottom support of the slab will be removed after 14 days, and the cantilever support will be removed after 28 days. When removing each support, grab the support rod with one hand and use a hammer with the other hand to loosen the direction. Hammer the adjustable fulcrum to remove the support rod.

In the removal of the aluminum formwork of the inner wall, the bottom of the aluminum formwork is used as the axis of rotation away from the concrete, and the aluminum formwork is separated from the concrete on the side of the wall with a crowbar, and then the aluminum formwork special pull rod is used to remove it. During the demolition process, avoid peeling the surface and pay special attention to the corners and ends of the wall not to be damaged when the mold is demolished.

After the external wall aluminum formwork is removed from the connection between the aluminum formwork and the outer wall guide, a tower crane can be used to directly pull the concrete away from the top, and the concrete can be directly hoisted to the same position on the next floor after being cleaned in place.

To remove the aluminum formwork at the bottom of the floor slab and the aluminum formwork at the bottom of the beam, starting from the floor keel, the pins and the connecting rods between the keel and the supporting head should be removed first, and then the pins and wedges between the keel and the adjacent floor formwork should be removed. Then the keel can be removed. When removing the floor building aluminum formwork along the wall, the top side formwork of the wall must be removed first.
