Level measurement
1) Before assembling the formwork, measure the elevation level of the concrete floor at the assembly position.
2) The level measurement is based on T.B.M (temporary level base point).
3) The measurement records shall be archived and kept by the designated supervisor.
4) When measuring, drawing positive (+) or negative (-) on the floor to mark the measurement result is an effective method.
5) Where the elevation along the wall line exceeds the design elevation by 10mm, it should be turned to no more than 10mm. Where the wall line is lower than the reference point, plywood or wood should be used to fill the template to the required level. The corners and low places in the walls must be fully filled.
6) After the concrete is poured, the top of the starting board (K board) outside the flat mold needs to be measured horizontally. The levelness of the starting board (K board) on the outside of the flat mold will cause the structure to deviate from the center line, otherwise the template cannot maintain its sag.
7) In order to facilitate adjustment of the starting board (K board) outside the flat mold after pouring, a 26mm long hole is opened.
8) Same as the level measurement of concrete surface, the measurement records of the starting board (K board) on the periphery of the flat form shall also be archived by the designated supervisor. At the same time, deviation detection should be performed and recorded and archived
Pay off
1). The error of the wall template line should be controlled within 1mm, and a control line should be placed in parallel in the same direction 150mm from the outside of the template line.
2) The stake-out line should pass through the opening, external angle, etc. at least 150mm to facilitate the control of the correct position of the template before pouring.
3) The reference point and the stakeout point are very important, which directly affect the verticality of the wall, and it is strictly forbidden to move or damage them.
