Related design of aluminum template

All materials of the aluminum formwork system are renewable materials, which comply with the national regulations on energy saving, environmental protection, low carbon and emission reduction of construction projects, and comply with the low carbon emission reduction and green environmental protection policies strongly advocated by the country.
The template size should not be too large. Compared with steel formwork, the big advantage of aluminum formwork is that it does not rely on large-scale lifting equipment, and it is reliable and manual handling during use. Generally, it is required that the large formwork can be carried by one person, so the heavy weight of the standard formwork should not exceed 25 kg.
Patchwork should not be too much. Generally, the use of aluminum formwork requires that the quality of the concrete forming after the mold is demolished meets the requirements of no plaster; and the joint position is prone to quality problems such as mold explosion and grout leakage. Therefore, formwork with a larger width should be used as much as possible when planning the board, and the wall column formwork should be as far as possible from one board to the top.
The pin hole position should be reasonable and common. The splicing between aluminum templates uses pins and pins. Too many joint holes will weaken the strength and rigidity of the template, reduce the load-bearing capacity of the template, and increase the workload of the template device; while the few joint holes will reduce the compactness of the joints and cause leakage. The grout is serious, which affects the quality of concrete forming. Therefore, it is required that the pin distance of the force transmitting end is not greater than 150mm, and the distance of the non-force transmitting end pin shall not be greater than 300 mm.
