Qiandeng Lake Is located in Guanghu Third Road, Nanhai District, Foshan City, with a total land area of 155,000 square meters and a planned construction area of 580,000 square meters. There are 26 high-rise apartment buildings around it. The third phase of the project is to build residential buildings no. 19-26, 135.15m in height, all 44-storey high-rise design, located in the west side of the main project. Perfect Resources' project construction range is 19-21-23-25-26 standard floors. The engineering structure is designed as a frame-shear wall structure with a standard height of 3m. The aluminum mold area of this project is about 330,000 square meters. In order to meet the quality requirements of the project, Perfect Resource decided to use two layers of aluminum formwork for walls and columns, and three floors of floor slab for this project.
