Overall trial assembly

Before being transported to the construction site, the aluminum mold system undergoes a 100% overall trial assembly for the project, solving all possible problems in the factory, thereby greatly improving construction speed and accuracy.
Construction efficiency
The aluminum formwork system is mainly connected by pins and wedges, making the installation process extremely simple. Ordinary manual workers only need simple training to operate, and the only tool used is a wooden hammer. Especially in construction sites without tower cranes or with insufficient tower cranes, due to the light weight of aluminum formwork, it can be manually transported, greatly accelerating construction progress and improving construction efficiency. The construction period for assembly and pouring can easily reach 4 days per floor.
Early dismantling technology
The top mold and support system of the aluminum formwork system have achieved integrated design, integrating early dismantling technology into the top plate support system, greatly improving the turnover rate of the formwork. Excluding the U-shaped brackets and wooden beams widely used in traditional construction methods, as well as the bowl buckle scaffolding with steel pipe fasteners, the reasonable design of products and construction methods saves material costs
Construction safety
The design of the wall formwork, top formwork, adjustable support, and related accessories for the aluminum formwork system has been fully calculated and experimentally verified to ensure that the entire system meets the 60KN/M2 design standard, and has a safety factor of 2:1 according to relevant American standards, effectively eliminating safety hazards caused by equipment and construction instability in traditional support methods.
Recycling and environmental protection
The aluminum formwork system is made of recyclable high-strength aluminum alloy materials, which can be fully recycled and reused, basically eliminating the dependence and waste of forest resources in construction. The construction site does not require any processing, keeping the environment clean and orderly, without generating waste or noise
