1. The specification of aluminum material is 6061-T [or 66063-T5], and the manufacturer shall provide the original material certificate during the template inspection. The aluminum content is guaranteed to be no less than 25kg per square meter; the thickness of the formwork surface is no less than 4mm, and the thickness of the formwork frame is 6mm; all screw holes are thickened and have stainless steel rings; all supporting systems and accessories must be guaranteed to be galvanized components; The load it bears is 60KN/square.
2. System composition of four parts: formwork system, accessory system, support system, and fastening system: a. Formwork system: form the closed surface required for the construction of concrete structures to ensure that the building structure is formed when concrete is poured;
b. Attachment system: the connecting member of the formwork, so that the single formwork is connected into a system to form a whole; (pins, pins, bolts, etc.).
c. Support system: It plays a supporting role during the construction of the concrete structure to ensure the stable support of the floor, the bottom of the beam and the cantilevered structure; (3 sets for the bottom of the floor, 4 sets for the bottom of the beam, and 6 sets for the cantilever structure).
d. Fastening system: It is to ensure the structural width of the formwork forming, no deformation occurs during the concrete pouring process, and the formwork does not appear to expand or explode. (The wall has 3 lines on the back, and the wall with a span greater than 3 meters is provided with diagonal braces, and the four corners need to be connected by hoist)
