Aluminum formwork system construction construction drawings, structural drawings design

Many building aluminum formwork accessories are easy to make it difficult to install and classification; installation process noise; high thermal conductivity; molding gasket poor elasticity; more joints than large formwork; swaying;

Aluminum formwork construction popular, mainly because of more advanced technical indicators, more able to meet the national and social requirements of construction projects.

The whole construction preparation process of aluminum formwork system is as follows:

The design of architectural and structural drawings is completed → the drawings are reviewed and quoted by aluminum formwork technicians → the cooperation content is negotiated and the contract is signed → the technicians design the formwork assembly drawing (template assembly drawing) → production is carried out according to the drawings → factory pre assembly → inspection is qualified → factory delivery and shipment → construction site.
Aluminum formwork construction process:
Wall formwork → beam formwork → staircase formwork → formwork acceptance → concrete pouring → quality acceptance → formwork removal (installation before removal) → transportation to the next floor for construction.
Aluminum template assembly
1. Mark the wall column lines, wall column control lines, and opening lines on the floor, with the wall column control line 200mm away from the wall edge line, to check whether the template is offset and square; Mark the floor elevation control points on the longitudinal bars of the columns, and set them at the four corners and corners of the walls and columns to check the floor elevation.
2. Install wall and column reinforcement, pre embedded water and electricity boxes, conduit, reserved openings, etc. After completion, handle the concealed engineering acceptance procedures.
3. Install wall column formwork
(1) When installing the template initially, fix the positioning bricks with nails on the concrete surface until the inner side of the outer corner mold to ensure that the template is aligned with the layout line during installation.
(2) All templates are installed from the inside corner to maintain lateral stability. A template at the corner can provide sufficient lateral support for a long wall formwork.
(3) Before installing the template, it is necessary to ensure that all contact surfaces and edges of the template have been cleaned and coated with release agent.
(4) Continue installing the entire wall formwork when the corners are stable and the internal corner formwork is positioned according to the layout line. For the convenience of dismantling, the head of the pin when connecting the wall formwork and the inner corner formwork should be as close as possible to the inside of the inner corner formwork.
(5) Before sealing the formwork, it is necessary to pre coat the wall formwork connectors with PVC pipes, and ensure that the contact position between the casing and the formwork surfaces on both sides of the wall is accurate, so that the pull screws can be retracted after pouring.
(6) When there is a deviation in the exterior wall, it must be adjusted to the correct position as soon as possible. This only requires slightly tilting the exterior wall formwork in one plane. If there is a vertical deviation in two directions, more than two layers need to be adjusted, with one layer adjusted in one direction. Do not attempt to adjust the alignment of the template through unilateral lifting. If there is a significant deviation, it is necessary to chisel some concrete to meet the requirements.

4. Install beam and roof formwork
(1) Before installing the wall top edge formwork and beam corner formwork, apply release agent to the contact surface between the components and the concrete.
(2) When connecting the wall top edge formwork and beam corner formwork to the wall formwork, pins should be inserted from the top to prevent them from falling off during pouring. After installing the wall top edge formwork, the panel formwork can be installed at the corners, ensuring that the contact edges have been coated with release agent.
(3) Plate beams are used to support plate molds, and in most cases, they should be assembled according to the plate mold layout diagram. Connect the plate beam assembly with two adjacent plate support beams using long pins and two reinforcing bars.
(4) Install the tool type column towards the crossbeam direction on the pre installed crossbeam component, which can protect its bottom when removing the tool type column.
(5) Lift the crossbeam to the appropriate position using a tool type column. Connect the beam and the formwork with a pin at the end of the formwork that has been installed at the corner.
(6) Ensure that the panel support beam frame has been coated with release agent before installation.
(7) The first template in each row has been connected to the wall top edge formwork and supporting beams. The second template only needs to be connected to the first template. The second template is not connected to the crossbeam in order to have sufficient adjustment range when placing the third template in the same row. After connecting the third template and the second template, fix the second template on the crossbeam. Use the same method to place the remaining templates in this row.
(8) Multiple rows of top plates can be installed simultaneously, and the release agent should be applied to the top plate surface before laying the steel bars.
(9) For beams and slabs with a span greater than 4m, the arching height of the formwork should be (1/1000-3/1000) of the component span. After the installation of the top plate, the elevation of all formwork surfaces should be checked. If adjustment is needed, a cushion block can be added at the bottom of the tool type column to adjust the levelness. [2-6]
(10) Provide work benches for construction personnel when installing floor formwork.
(11) The aluminum alloy formwork quick release system requires the reservation of material transfer ports on the top plate. After obtaining the approval of the design unit, the number, size, and position of the transfer ports should be determined to facilitate the direct transfer of the formwork to the upper layer through the transfer ports after the formwork is removed, thereby reducing the need for unloading platforms and tower cranes, ensuring the safety of formwork transfer construction, and reducing the use of machinery.
5. Install the wooden peripheral starting board
(1) In places with continuous vertical formwork, such as elevator shafts, exterior walls, etc., use wooden formwork peripheral starting plates to enclose the floor slab and serve as connecting components for the vertical formwork of the previous floor.
(2) After the first layer is poured, the second layer will use K-board as the starting point for the next layer of wall formwork
