How much do you know about the matters that should be paid attention to when the aluminum formwork is demolished

When removing the aluminum formwork for construction, pay attention to which wall formwork, column formwork and beam side formwork can be removed within 12-24 hours after the concrete is poured. The cantilever bottom support can be removed after 28 days. Under normal circumstances, the side form of the wall column can be removed 12 hours after the concrete is poured, and the diagonal support is removed first, and then the wall bolts are removed.

To remove the wall bolts, use a wrench to loosen the nut, remove the washer, remove the back corrugation, tap one end of the bolt until the bolt exits the concrete, then remove the pin that connects the formwork, and use a crowbar to pry the formwork to separate the formwork from the wall. The removed templates and accessories are sorted in time, and transferred to the upper layer to be stacked in the same direction.

The top mold removal starts from the position of the beam and plate support rod, and removes the beam, plate support rod pin and the connecting piece connected with it. Immediately after removing the pins of the adjacent beams and slabs, the formwork can be removed, and the crowbar can be used to pry off the junction between the formwork and the concrete. When removing, ensure that the support rods remain intact and must not be loosened. The removed templates and accessories are sorted in time, and transferred to the upper layer to be stacked in the same direction.

Under normal circumstances, the supported aluminum formwork will be removed after 10 days, the beam bottom support will be removed after 14 days, and the cantilever support will be removed after 28 days. When removing each support, grab the support rod with one hand and use a hammer with the other hand to loosen the direction. Hammer the adjustable fulcrum to remove the support rod.
