The aluminum alloy formwork system can be divided into two categories: tie rod system and pull sheet system according to different stress modes.
The tie rod system aluminum alloy formwork is composed of formwork system, fastening system, support system and accessory system. It has a complete supporting formwork system, which is suitable for different ranges of formwork systems such as urban pipe corridors, public buildings, and residential buildings [7].
The pull-sheet system aluminum alloy template is composed of a template system, a support system, and an accessory system. It has a complete supporting template system and is generally suitable for residential buildings.
The template system is divided into flat templates, corner templates and components according to the structure. Among them, the corner formwork includes a male corner formwork, a female corner formwork and a female corner formwork. The components include a single inclined aluminum beam, a double inclined aluminum beam, a floor slab early removal head, and a beam bottom early removal head.
The support system is divided into steel support, aluminum support, and other supports according to the material.
The fastening system is divided into steel back corrugated reinforcement and pull tab reinforcement according to the form of force. The reinforcement is divided into aluminum back corrugated, steel back corrugated, light steel keel back corrugated, other alloy back corrugated, and square tube back corrugated according to the material.
The accessories system mainly consists of bolts, pins, pins, screws, and pull tabs.
Aluminum alloy templates are divided into standard templates and non-standard templates according to general forms. Rectangular flat panels, corner templates and common components with uniform shapes that conform to the rib height of 65mm, the aperture of 16.5mm, the distance between the center of the hole and the panel of 40mm, the length, width, and the distance of the center of the hole are integer multiples of 50mm, all of which are standard boards. Templates or components that do not meet one of the above conditions are non-standard templates. Non-rectangular templates and unconventional components are not included in the identification scope of the above standard parts and non-standard parts
